![]() Holiday Appetizer PieNannette Nussbaum Wilson1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese (lite) softened (can use onion & chive flavor) 2 Tbsp milk 1- 2 ½ oz jar dried beef (1 large package) 2 Tbsp instant onion or use chopped green onion, including tops 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp green or red pepper, finely chopped 1-2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced ¼ -½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp dry mustard (optional) or 1 tsp prepared Dijon mustard ½ C sour cream ½ C chopped walnuts/pecans Blend cream cheese & milk, stir in dried beef and onion, green or red pepper, fresh rosemary & white pepper (dry mustard if desired). Mix well. Stir in sour cream & Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Spray 9-inch glass pie baking dish, with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese mixture in dish. Bake @ 350o F - 15 min. Serve with crackers. Use as dip or spread. (Also, good with Harris Teeter Rosemary Olive Bread). ![]() |
