Hummus (ground chickpea) No quantities given. Add garlic, onion, lemon juice to hummus. Top with choppped cashews, pecans, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, drizzle with Herbs de Provence olive oil, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve with Pita Chips.
